Medical Cannabis Türkiye (MCT) was founded in 2008 by E. Erdal Kasa. As an International Relations graduate, he served as an International Relations and Agreements Specialist at the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Transport, Directorate General of Civil Aviation. In 2007, he relocated to the United States.
